Conference Poster Session Guidelines
The following guidelines are recommended, but not mandatory. You may deviate from these guidelines as you see fit to make your poster as engaging as you desire it to be.

Size & Orientation
- Dimensions: 36” x 48” (portrait) or 48” x 36” (landscape).
- Orientation: Landscape is most common, but portrait is acceptable.
- Mounting: Posters are typically mounted on easels or with tack. IACM will provide the easels and/or wall space.
Design & Layout Recommendations

Presentation Expectations

Presenter Attendance:

At least one author must be present for the full poster session.

Be prepared with a 2–3 minute “elevator pitch” for attendees followed by more extensive Q&A.

Encourage discussion; bring handouts or QR codes for full papers or slides.
