Hotel Information

The Ottawa Marriott is renowned for its modern luxury, being home to its famous Spin restaurant that sits atop the hotel while providing you a 360-degree look over the most gorgeous parts of downtown Ottawa.

IACM has signed a contract offering rooms to our attendees for a July 10th arrival through July 13th departure. Any rooms outside of that contracted block will be subject to availability. We have contracted for the group rate to be made available for pre/post of three (3) days, meaning you can arrive as early as July 7th and depart as late as July 16th for the contracted group rate. Again, this is subject to availability so we strongly recommend you book early!

All reservations must be made by July 9, 2022. The group rate and IACM's room block expires at that time.

The cost per room night is just $199 CAD, or $159 USD as of CAD:USD conversion rate on 7/13/2021.

Refund & Registration Policy

IACM’s refund policy is as follows:

  • 100% refund if requested via email to brandon@iafcm.org by May 10th.
  • 50% refund if requested between May 11th and May 26th.
  • No refund if requested after May 26th.

IACM shall not be held liable for failure of performing its reasonably expected conference obligations if such failure or delay is the result of an ‘act of God’, such as earthquake, hurricane, tornado, flooding, or other natural disaster, or in the case of war, action of foreign enemies, terrorist activities, labor dispute or strike, government sanction, blockage, embargo, or failure of electrical service, or community gathering or travel restrictions due to local and/or federal health advisories and recommendations. IACM shall not be held liable in the event the attendee/registrant is unable to attend and/or participate in the IACM conference as a result of ‘an act of God’, such as earthquake, hurricane, tornado, flooding, or other natural disaster, or in the case of war, action of foreign enemies, terrorist activities, labor dispute or strike, government sanction, blockage, embargo, or failure of electrical service, or community gathering or travel restrictions due to local and/or federal health advisories and recommendations.

Registering after May 26th may prevent IACM from being able to offer items that are custom orders, such as any registration welcoming (“swag”) items due to lead times, shipping times, etc.

IACM will make its best effort to provide meals for those with dietary restrictions within a reasonable cost and effort. In the case of a dietary restriction resulting in an excessive cost to the Association, the attendee will need to make meal accommodations in accordance to their restrictions.

IACM cannot make exceptions to this refund policy. Come the dates listed above, the organization has already incurred a guaranteed expense that will be charged to the Association regardless of attendance.
