On-Campus Accommodations for ~$79/night: BOOK HERE
As IACM ventures back to its roots of a campus-based conference in 2025, we're excited to offer you a new cost-effective option by staying on campus in our residence halls. IACM will be residing at the new University Heights North residence halls, directly across the street from our session and banquet spaces in the Davis Center. These dorm rooms offer suite-style dorms with private and semi-private bathrooms. Please note that the reservation system is currently designated for a July 13 arrival and July 16 departure. If you would like to arrive earlier and/or depart later, please contact UVM conference services directly at eventservices@uvm.edu or 802-656-5665 and they will extend your stay. Your conference registration form will provide you the opportunity to state whether there are individuals you'd wish to share a suite with. We cannot guaranteed this, but will do our best to accommodate.
Your stay on-campus includes the following:
- Private/Semi-private bathrooms
- Full linen service - pillow, pillowcase, two flat sheets, blanket, bath towel, and face cloth
- An exchange of linens and/or additional blankets is available upon request
- Complimentary Wi-Fi
- Air conditioning
- On-campus parking is available
