  • 50% refund if requested between May 17th and May 30th.
  • No refund if requested after May 30th.

IACM shall not be held liable for failure of performing its reasonably expected conference obligations if such failure or delay is the result of an ‘act of God’, such as earthquake, hurricane, tornado, flooding, or other natural disaster, or in the case of war, action of foreign enemies, terrorist activities, labor dispute or strike, government sanction, blockage, embargo, or failure of electrical service, or community gathering or travel restrictions due to local and/or federal health advisories and recommendations. IACM shall not be held liable in the event the attendee/registrant is unable to attend and/or participate in the IACM conference as a result of ‘an act of God’, such as earthquake, hurricane, tornado, flooding, or other natural disaster, or in the case of war, action of foreign enemies, terrorist activities, labor dispute or strike, government sanction, blockage, embargo, or failure of electrical service, or community gathering or travel restrictions due to local and/or federal health advisories and recommendations.

Registering after May 30th may prevent IACM from being able to offer items that are custom orders, such as any registration welcoming (“swag”) items due to lead times, shipping times, etc.

IACM will make its best effort to provide meals for those with dietary restrictions within a reasonable cost and effort. In the case of a dietary restriction resulting in an excessive cost to the Association, the attendee will need to make meal accommodations in accordance to their restrictions.

IACM cannot make exceptions to this refund policy. Come the dates listed above, the organization has already incurred a guaranteed expense that will be charged to the Association regardless of attendance.
