IACM 2023 Early Career Award Winner: Jennifer Dannals

The IACM Early Career Award honors a scholar in the first five years of their post-doctoral career who have shown exceptional promise for making significant contributions to the study of conflict management and negotiation.

The 2023 recipient of this prestigious honor is Jennifer Dannals, Yale University. The Early Career Award committee was thoroughly impressed with Jennifer’s excellent record of scholarly accomplishments, including  12 articles and chapters on power, conflict in teams, and gender in negotiation; and a Top 40 in Business School Professor under 40.

As stated by her nominators, “[Jennifer] has proven herself to be one of the most promising young scholars in the field,” proceeding to state “Jen’s research, teaching, and service to the field to date epitomize the mission of IACM…She is already a positive force in our field and has immense potential to positively impact our field in the future.”

IACM wholeheartedly agrees with these nominators, as both the quality and quantity of Jen’s productivity are exceptional​ as she exemplifies the lofty criteria of receiving such an award.
