We are now just a little over two months away from our 2018 conference commencing in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA. The paper decisions are out, the sessions are in the process of being scheduled, and we’re anxiously looking forward to seeing old friends and meeting new ones! (Don’t forget to register!)

Our conference this year will be hosted between two fantastic locations – the Sonesta Philadelphia Downtown Rittenhouse Square and Convene. The Sonesta is our designated hotel where we will kick off our conference and host our evening banquets, while Convene is where the majority of our general sessions will take place. Both locations are gorgeous and offer us an impressive setting for what is sure to be yet another fantastic conference.

The Sonesta and Convene are separated by just one city block and is a mere 4 minute walk between them.

 

With paper decisions having gone out, we are now working diligently on putting together the conference program schedule. All authors accepted into the conference should expect to receive their session programming times by mid-May. At that same time, the online program will be made available for viewing as well as the addition of a mobile program (no download will be needed as the app will operate right in your mobile device’s browser!). If you’ve not yet booked your room at the Sonesta, please do so as soon as possible. Incredibly, as of mid-April IACM 2018 attendees had already booked 95% of the considerably large room block we had contracted for. You can book your room online by clicking here.
