We invite you to join researchers, educators, and practitioners from around the world in Thessaloniki, Greece – a city rich with history and culture –– at the 2023 meeting of the International Association for Conflict Management (IACM).

We welcome submissions that contribute new knowledge, understanding, and practice to negotiation and conflict management, spanning all research methods, related disciplines, and professional backgrounds. Submissions should cover new material, distinct from published works (including those that will appear in print before the conference), and ideally from presentations at other conferences. Submissions may be theoretical, empirical, or applied/practical in nature.
