Learn from the Editors: Insights on Publishing Work on Negotiation and Conflict Management

This symposium is organized to discuss how to publish research on negotiation and conflict management in top journals. A panel of six editors will share speakers are editors that will share insights on the following issues: (a) important considerations for publishing work on negotiation and conflict management in their journals; (b) a negotiation/conflict management-related paper that has been accepted by them for publication in their journals, to illustrate how authors can successfully go through the review process; (c) directions and expectations for future research in negotiation and conflict management; and (d) recommendations and suggestions to scholars who aspire to publish their work in their journals. Participants will then break out into small groups and the editors will provide feedback on particular projects.
