Abstract: The article explores conflict management and resolution in the construction industry, grounded in Reichenbach's causal theory. Central to this study is the concept of 'Cause Marks', used to swiftly identify and resolve conflict sources. The article also delves into the application of modern philosophical principles, utilizing cause marks and signal propagation in the arrow of time. This approach aims to clarify events that potentially generate conflict, fostering their early emergence and preventing future disputes in the construction sector. The research underscores the importance of clear, precise documentation and efficient information transmission in project management. Concluding, it posits that most conflicts can be resolved by clearly defining events through accurate records, thereby enhancing efficiency and success in construction projects.
