Advances In Negotiation, Conflict Management, and Leadership Teaching

This workshop introduces attendees to new classroom tools related to negotiations, conflict management, and leadership. Four presenters with extensive expertise and knowledge will share experiences using various teaching techniques and frameworks that enhance the student experience. Each presenter will provide an overview, the learning goals, and a teaching plan of a classroom teaching tool or framework they have developed. Presenters include Stephen Humphrey (Alvin H. Clemens Professor of Management, Pennsylvania State University), Laura Rees (Assistant Professor of Organizational Behavior, Oregon State University), Niro Sivanathan (Professor, London Business School), and Lucy Montgomery (Senior Case Writer, Dispute Resolution Research Center, Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University). Cynthia Wang (Clinical Professor, Dispute Resolution Research Center, Northwestern University) will moderate the discussion.
