Does Diversity Count? Field and Laboratory Tests of Real-Time Feedback To Boost Representation Within Organizations

Real-time feedback typically changes behavior by drawing increased attention to a targeted behavior. Across four experiments we show that real-time feedback improves outcomes for women and racial minorities.
