Examining The Role of Reputation On Negotiations For Women In The Wine Industry

While the role of gender in negotiations has been well documented, our understanding of gender and race/ethnicity has largely been limited to the laboratory, thus limiting our understanding of real-world implications. We utilize qualitative methods to understand how reputation influences negotiations for women, including minority women, in the wine industry.
