AI agents negotiating deals and resolving disputes is not on too many negotiation scholars radar. Presenters will describe platforms where AI agents serve as neutrals facilitating agreements between two human negotiators or disputants and platforms where AI agents are advocates negotiating with a human negotiator. Discussants and presenters will address a set of questions about policies and ethics and implications of using AI agents for negotiating deals and resolving disputes.
