The European Union facilitated negotiations for the normalisation of relations between Kosovo and Serbia

Kosovo is among the youngest independent states in the world. Kosovo and Serbia, with the facilitation of the European Union, are undergoing a dialogue process for normalization of relations. Many agreements have been reached, however, when it comes to implementation difficulties are present. Negotiations are meant to achieve agreements, so what is agreed to be implemented then. Diplomacy requires global leaders and diplomats to have the ability to effectively negotiate agreements and manage conflicts. This presentation will bring the real challenges a real negotiator, a diplomat and government official faces while being engaged to create peace while destructivity is present.
