Negotiating the Use of Artificial Intelligence in a Futuristic Workplace

As new technologies are introduced to impact the future of work, how will workplace negotiations change? The purpose of this paper is to explore contemporary workplace negotiations stemming from changing roles and responsibilities as it relates to the integration of technologies into the workplace between non-unionized office workers and management within an organization and to offer an analysis of the implications for employers, employees and other stakeholders.
