<b>Research Incubator: The Microfoundations of Intragroup Conflict (Session 384: SAT 7/31 1:30-3:30 EST).</b> This PDW explores ways in which we can look at intragroup conflict differently by generating an awareness of its microdynamics (e.g., dyadic relationships,
conflict asymmetry, conflict expressions, conflict origins and dynamics). The format will include short presentations of recent advances in the field, Q&A, and breakout groups to create an opportunity for researchers working in this area to collaborate.<o:p></o:p></li></ol>
