<b>Singapore Management University's Lim Kim San (LKS) Fellowship Program</b> for PhD students to qualified and potentially interested PhD students. We aim to repeat the success of the previous fellows and bring in an outstanding PhD student to visit Singapore
and collaborate with us. Each applicant will work with a faculty sponsor on collaborative research related to leadership, broadly defined (that is, topics relevant to leaders, including, but not limited to, decision making, negotiation, power, justice, ethics,
creativity, trust, and others).<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">Previous fellows, coming from a number of excellent universities, greatly enjoyed their time with us. The Fellowship covers airfare, accommodation, as well as a per diem to cover daily living expenses. Fellows will
<b>visit Singapore for 2-8 weeks between January and March 2021</b>. Given the success of previous years, for serious consideration we encourage applicants to

listed in the Application Procedure section below. The research proposal should be two to three pages single-spaced and describe a specific research project on which the applicant would like to collaborate with a specified LKS faculty host. The cover letter
should list any other activities the applicant would like to undertake as a Lim Kim San Fellow, the duration they would like to spend at SMU, the SMU OBHR faculty they would like to collaborate with (their faculty host), as well as anything else they consider
relevant. The duration of stay is flexible with a <u>minimum period of two weeks</u> and a <u>recommended period of about four weeks</u>. The starting date should be decided in discussion with the fellow’s faculty host, but <u>the visit needs to be completed
