This *Research in the Sociology of Organizations* (RSO; published by
Emerald) volume aims to advance theoretical understanding of *organizing
for peace* while remaining grounded in empirical realities.

We seek papers that apply established organizational theories to peace
contexts, develop new theoretical frameworks, or offer rich empirical
insights that inform theory development to build a sustained scholarly
dialogue that integrates multidisciplinary approaches with the goal of
establishing *organizing for peace* as a coherent area of inquiry within
organization and management studies.

We invite IACM researchers and practitioners to submit scholarly papers
exploring how diverse Organization Theory perspectives can be applied to
the study of organizing for peace, as well as empirical and methodological
contributions that advance our understanding of organizing for peace.

You are invited to Submit your Proposal
