The use of soft power in mediation - The case of Brazil and Peace Operations

The paper, which is part of a larger study, explores the research question: How mediated agreements facilitate or inhibit durable and implementable peace? The project methodology includes new insights on peace operations and its linkages to international mediation efforts.
